I mean, it's the end of the stage, these guys have been hammering away for hours and hours up mountains that would kill mere mortals, and Vande Velde is smiling? Beware the Guy Smiling.
Is it me or is Christian Vande Velde smiling here. I mean, it's the end of the stage, these guys have been hammering away for hours and hours up mountains that would kill mere mortals, and Vande Velde is smiling? Yeah... I noticed he was smiling at the end of that stage.
You have to like his attitude. He actually has a sense of humour. He is definitely different than most who are riding at that level. You almost can not take him seriously.
