Well, now it looks like Michael Ball is gonna help out with Cipollini's tax problem. Word is Cipo was last seen getting out of an Escalade and entering a tattoo parlor in South Central LA to get suited up for the upcoming season. More later when TLR learns more.

Cipo's Back: Has Big Balls.
