
Riding: Still on the trainer every night and it's getting incredibly boring. The core strength workouts are going well though. It will be interesting to see if they do anything since I've never done them before this year.

core workouts will improve your climbing and sprinting like you won't believe. I haven't been doing much this offseason. way too frikkin cold out, and insufficient motiviation/other priorities trumping the trainer. prolly not racing this year, just riding for fun.
That's what I'm hoping. Some improved sprinting. Also working on leg speed/cadence on the trainer. Injury prevention also. We'll see.
