I love coffee. Every morning before work I stop by Java Journeys here in Owings Mills to get my morning fix. It really helps me get through the day. I had a coffee maker at home, but it made cold coffee, I hate that, so I rarely used it. Well, all that changed this weekend when I got a new Italian (ofcourse) stove top espresso maker from my wife. The one in the picture above. I couldn't wait to get up this morning and try it out. It turns out that it makes excellent espresso. Highly recommended. gnaliezani.it
Tonight's Training: 1 hour: 5 minutes on the trainer again. Incredibly boring, even with the iPod stuck in my ears I find myself looking at the clock to see when the misery is over.
