Just sitting here during lunch break when I decided to run down the hall for a coffee. I just noticed, my legs are SORE! It must be a combination of the lifting I did at the gym, the intervals on the bike I did last night, and all the sitting I did this morning here at work. Didn't leave my desk all morning.
I wonder if maybe I outta do and easy 30-45 minutes on the bike each morning to spin away this soreness. hmmmmmmmm.
