Friday Night: Do People Still Go Out?
While on the trainer tonight, listening to the Techno Sweat Free Workout Podcast, (Don't Laugh) I thought back to my carefree living days and how much I looked forward to Friday Nights. Fridays just don't do anything for me anymore. I gotta do something about that. Anyway, just a thought that ran through my head while on the mind numbing trainer sitting in my kitchen.
Tonights Workout: 1 hour: 5 minutes total. 2x20 minute intervals at a tough pace, no power meter, with a 5 minute rest between, the rest of the time spinning with a heart rate of between 135-150.
