It seems my iPod Gen 3 is about on it's last legs finally. It's been a loyal companion, but now it's charge doesn't last long enough to get through one song of Sweatin to the Oldies. What am I gonna do? I got this one as a gift from an old company I used to work for. I guess I could change the battery, kick it old skool. Ah well, maybe if I can pull in some more freelance work on the side.
Tonight's Workout: 1 hour: 5 minutes on the trainer in the kitchen. That's about all there is to it. Tomorrow I'll be doing intervals. 3 minutes on, 2 minutes spin, repeat until passing out.
