Stationary Hills.

Today's Workout: 30 minutes fast walk warm-up. Bike, hill intervals. 4 sets at 2 minutes HIGH tension and 85rpm with 3 minutes of rest between, these things are tough. for the rest of the time 90-95rpm spinning, 220-240 watts average. 10 minutes Concept 2 rowing to wait for the elliptical. 30 minutes on the Elliptical and 630cals.

Totals: 120 minutes and 1700 Calories Burned.
